2. What are the Shipping Charges?
Free Shipping on all orders pan India, Charges on International Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on delivery destination.
3. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At kavita D, we assure you that every piece showcased on our website meets the highest quality standards,while we do not offer returns or exchanges, we are happy to provide alterations to ensure perfect fit
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order.
- The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
Please contact Customer Care within 5 days of receiving the product via email at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST) for alterations.
4. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. For further assistance please contact Customer Care at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).
5. What if my card is charged multiple times for the same order or payment has been debited from my account twice?
If your card has been charged multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, or payment has been debited from your account twice, contact Customer Care at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST), and we will resolve it for you.
6. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
We take 4 weeks for an embroidered garment and 10 to 15 days for the non-embroidered garments to deliver from the date of order has been placed.
7. How to measure?
Please go through our “Size Chart" page. Do measure yourself over thin garments keeping the tape level close to the body, but not tight. Do have someone help you, it will be more accurate.We can send you a guided video link if required.
8. Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. If the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges may vary depending on the outfit style and size.

9. Can I request a specific embroidery / design element?
Yes, custom embroidery or design elements can be added based on your requests. We suggest silhouettes which flatter your body proportions.
10. How do I care for my Kavita D garment?
We suggest gentle care, dry cleaning. For embroidered pieces iron on the reverse side and store in plastic or soft mul mul fabric.
11. Does Kavita D take bridal / wedding appointments?
Yes we schedule a FaceTime call for out station clients. And in person at our mumbai boutique.
