2. What are the Shipping Charges?

Free Shipping on all orders pan India, Charges on International Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on delivery destination.

3. What are the shipping charges for orders from the website?

Domestic Shipping is free and International shipping charges are 3,500/-.

4. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We at Kavita D assure you that the highest quality product is showcased in our website. We do not return & exchange the product but we alter it for you.

Please contact Customer Care within 5 days of receiving the product via email at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST) for alterations.

5. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. For further assistance please contact Customer Care at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).

6. What if my card is charged multiple times for the same order or payment has been debited from my account twice?

If your card has been charged multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, or payment has been debited from your account twice, contact Customer Care at kavitadstudio@gmail.com or call +91 9029026113 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST), and we will resolve it for you.

7. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

We take 4 weeks for an embroidered garment and 10 to 15 days for the non-embroidered garments to deliver from the date of order has been placed.

8. How to measure?

Customising requires correct measurements. There are a few easy steps to follow; please go through our “Size Chart" page. Do measure yourself over thin garments keeping the tape level close to the body, but not tight. Do have someone help you, it will be more accurate.

9. Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?

Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. If the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges vary from outfit to outfit.

10. What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?

While selecting a garment we have a “custom size” option where you can enter your own measurements so that we can make the garment as per your specification.

12. How do I care for my Kavita D garment?

Dry clean only.

13. Is Kavita D sustainable or eco-friendly?

  • Kavita D embraces slow fashion and makes exclusive bespoke garments.
  • Embroidery beads are used in a way that they don’t tarnish.
  • Day wear cotton shirts are eco-friendly.
  • Our embroidered pieces of priority clients are mended or altered or repurposed.
  • We accept client old sarees to tailor into outfits.

14. Does Kavita D take bridal / wedding appointments?

Yes, we do.

15. Do you retail through physical stores?

We have our outlet in Breach Candy, Mumbai.

We also actively participate in exhibitions.
